Clarifications regarding import, export and transit regulations in third countries and other country-specific regulations and requirements. A conscientious clarification before the execution of the order is recommended and saves you from possible trouble and unnecessary costs.
Handling of your letter of credit shipments: We will be happy to advice you on any clauses in the text of the letter of credit , that may be relevant to the transport of goods.
Pre- and post-transport in the country of origin or destination and customs clearances there itself. Together with our network of competent freight forwarding partners in the respective country we are able to offer you a professional order processing from door to door.
Project management, e.g. for a construction site or another building project for which goods from different suppliers in different countries and with different transport requirements have to be timely coordinated.
Holistic concepts for your relief: You leave us a copy of your purchase order with the contact details of your supplier. We get in touch with them, lead the necessary communication, take all the necessary steps for the transport and keep you informed in a timely manner. In case you have regular shipments from different suppliers in different countries of origin and at different times, we will gladly go one step further and organize this for you. Delivery dates have to be monitored, delivery conditions checked, cargo volumes clarified and the appropriate means of transport and best routing have to be found. Quite an investment of time and energy ! Leave this to us ! We have many years of experience with such processes. We are happy to take care of this for you. We coordinate he individual processes and inform you regularly, e.g. with a weekly overview of the current orders. And you can concentrate on your core business. It could not be simpler for you !
